⚖️ Team Rating Settings

Open Chess team average cap & unrated floor
Max allowed projected average for a 3-player team. Unrated players count as the floor value.
Rating value assigned to unrated players (FIDE ID = 0) when calculating team average.
ℹ️ Example: Cap = 1850, Floor = 1400.
Team with ratings 2000, 1600, 0 → effective avg = (2000+1600+1400)/3 = 1667 ✅
Team with ratings 2200, 1800, 0 → effective avg = (2200+1800+1400)/3 = 1800 ✅
Team with ratings 2500, 2000, 0 → effective avg = (2500+2000+1400)/3 = 1967 ❌ over cap
