 Tournament Regulations:
01. The games will be played according to schedule below
– 7 rounds
– Time Control is 3 mins + 2 secs incr.
02. The Sabah Chess Association reserves the right to reject entries.
03. Any dispute or decision of the Arbiter makes is final.

REGISTRATION
01. Blitz Fee is RM 20 Early Bird and RM 25 AFTER 26th December 2017.
02. Payment : MAYBANK 5602 5011 4421 under PERSATUAN CATUR NEGERI SABAH.
03. Registration by Whatsapp to 017 8558086 with the following details:
FULL NAME, NRIC, Date Of Birth, FIDE ID & Rating (if any) and Proof Of Payment.

1.30pm – 3.30pm – GOVERNMENT vs PRIVATE event
4.00pm – 5.00pm – Prize Presentation
5.00pm – Refreshment for VIP
