Arjoni Sadewah wins 1st Chess Tournament for Persons With Disabilites

Arjoni Sadewah (holding prizes) with Muammar Julkarnain (President of Sabah Chess Association) Francis Yong  (Presiden Bagi Orang2 Pekak Sabah) and Tournament Director, Joeanne Lee.

The first chess tournament for persons with disabilities saw Arjoni Sadewah from Kota Marudu win with full point and RM 300 richer. Arjoni were also selected to participate in national level on May this year and will be sponsored by Sabah Chess Association.

SABAH CHESS DONATION TO SCHOOLS AND OTHER ORGANIZATION

As a support and encouragement for chess development in Sabah, President of Sabah Chess Association, Muammar Julkarnain has donated a chess sets and hampers as a symbol of friendship and unity.
The president hopes in the future, there will be more active chess players in Sabah regardless of their age, gender or physical condition.
